We carefully assess every applicant before recommending a programme or beginning the application process. This helps ensure that clients are applying through the most suitable pathway and significantly reduces the likelihood of unsuccessful applications.
Our focus is on delivering successful outcomes—not processing refunds.
However, because international applications involve professional services and third-party organisations, it is important that every client understands how refunds are handled should a cancellation or unforeseen circumstance arise.
Our Commitment to Fairness
Every application involves time, expertise, document review, administrative work, and coordination with employers, international partners, educational institutions, embassies, government agencies, and other authorised organisations.
Where a refund is applicable, VisaBridge Consult will always assess the circumstances fairly, communicate openly, and process any approved refund in accordance with this policy.
Client Cancellations
If you choose to withdraw from your application before processing has commenced, please notify us as soon as possible.
Any refund that may be applicable will depend on:

Each request is reviewed individually to ensure fairness for both the client and VisaBridge Consult.
Refund Processing
Where a refund has been approved:
Written Request
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.
Payment Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
Timeframe
Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, although this may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

VisaBridge Consult works with trusted international recruitment partners to connect qualified applicants with genuine employment opportunities.
Once an applicant accepts an employment opportunity and processing has commenced, payments made towards the programme are generally not refundable. This is because recruitment, documentation, employer coordination, and administrative processes begin immediately, with costs incurred through our partner network and other service providers.
Our objective is always to successfully complete your application and secure the employment opportunity for which you have been approved.
Where Employment Is Not Secured
In the unlikely event that an applicant is not successfully placed after the agreed recruitment process has been completed, VisaBridge Consult will, where appropriate, continue working with our recruitment partners to explore other suitable employment opportunities for the applicant.
If, after all reasonable placement efforts have been exhausted, employment is still not secured, any request for a refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Where a refund is approved:
- adjustRefunds are not automatic and are subject to management review.
- adjustAny approved refund will be calculated after deducting the cost of professional services already provided, administrative work completed, partner processing costs, and any other expenses incurred on the applicant's behalf.
- adjustThe refundable amount, if any, will depend on the stage reached in the application process and the costs already incurred.
Third-Party Fees
Many applications require payments to external organisations whose fees are outside the control of VisaBridge Consult.
These may include, but are not limited to:
Once these payments have been made, they cannot be refunded by VisaBridge Consult, as they are subject to the policies of the receiving organisation.
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees cover professional advice, eligibility assessment, and personalised guidance provided by our advisers.
As this service is delivered at the time of consultation, consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
