Any fees already earned for work completed remain payable in accordance with our Refund Policy.
When Services May End
Suspension & Termination
VisaBridge Consult may decline, suspend or terminate services in the following circumstances. Termination does not automatically entitle a client to a refund.
False Information
Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the process.
Fraudulent Documents
Submitting forged, altered or counterfeit supporting documents.
Abusive Behaviour
Behaving abusively, threateningly or disrespectfully toward our staff.
Payment Default
Failing to make agreed payments for professional services rendered.
Illegal Requests
Requesting services that are unlawful, unethical or contrary to regulations.
Breach of Terms
Materially breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
Scope of Responsibility
